Young and the Restless fans are so excited to hear that Adam Newman is on his way back. Don’t be too excited, however. There is nothing to jump up and down about at the moment. He’s back for a moment at Christmas, but it’s all a dream that Chelsea is having. Her life is a mess at the moment. She’s got secrets. Her relationship with her dead husband’s brother is not going anywhere fast, and the entire family is crazy and out of their minds. Young and the Restless spoilers are big, big news right now. It’s a lot of speculation, but it’s always stemming from some form of truth or fact, right? We hear that an Adam Newman return is more imminent than ever before, and things are changing dramatically right now. The rumor of the moment is that Adam is on his way back to Genoa City with amnesia and no idea who he is. Does this mean he won’t know his family? Does this mean he won’t even know his own wife? We don’t know what might happen, but we suspect when

Young and the Restless fans are still wondering what might happen with Adam Newman. Is he dead, alive, hiding, missing, what? There is no answer right now. We hear this and that and the other, and we have no idea if he is around or if he is missing – and we have no idea if there is a chance he could be able to come back. What we do know is Victor is very adamant that he wants Chloe alive and well within his reach, and we suspect it’s because he knows she knows something. If Adam comes back

Young and the Restless fans now know there is an answer about Adam Newman. We’ve been speculating for weeks that he’d return this summer with a vengeance, but we were incorrect. He will not return from the ‘dead’ this summer. He’s going to make his big return this fall during fall sweeps. That means he’s coming back for ratings, and he’s not going to stop there. He’s got a score to settle, and we think that score might begin with his own father. While we don’t know what he knows about what happened to him, he’s not stupid. He knows

Young and the Restless fans might be focused on the return of Adam Newman this summer, but that doesn’t mean they’ve forgotten about the bitter feud going on between Cane and Billy at the moment. Both of them are on shaky ground, and they both want to hurt the other. Cane made it his mission to find out a secret Billy has, and he found out he’s back together with Phyllis. He made sure he shared that little piece of information with Victoria, who wants Billy for herself. That made Billy mad, and it’s hurting Victoria, and everyone is in

“I didn’t know I was known as the ‘daytime guy,’” Justin Hartley, star of the breakout NBC series This Is Us, tells Et from the top of the Empire State Building in New York City, where on a chilly February morning he’s happily posing for cameras, making the rounds with reporters and acknowledging fans who recognize him as the 36-year-old version of Kevin Pearson. “But this show certainly has changed the trajectory of things.”
Created by Crazy, Stupid, Love screenwriter Dan Fogelman, the multigenerational family dramedy has quickly become the biggest hit of the 2016-17 TV season, pulling in at least 13 million viewers each week and earning several Golden Globe nominations, including Best Television Series – Drama. Steve Burton is leaving The Young and the Restless!
The actor announced via Twitter that he won't be renewing his contract and will depart when it expires in December.
Burton was a long-time veteran of General Hospital and followed producer Jill Farren Phelps to The Young and the Restless when she made her move.
She's gone now, and even though story for Burton's Dylan McAvoy is just heating up, that doesn't mean Burton needs to stay with the character.
Dylan is married to Sharon who is neck-deep into the baby switch storyline that will tear her family apart.
Her baby baby with Dylan, isn't her baby at all, but the child of Sage and Nick Newman, Christian, at least legally.
By birth, the child was the product of two deceased parents, Sage and Adam Newman. Their surviving partners, Nick and Chelsea, are tentatively exploring a romantic partnership (by storyline, if...

Adam Newman is dead. Again!
Even though it wasn't a surprise, and this is soap opera territory, losing Justin Hartley to primetime will be a recognizable loss and if the miraculous happens returning the reckless Newman son to the roost, well, it will take away from the great story that his death brings, as well as the resulting performances.
Adam's wasn't the only death this week, though, as Neil suffered the loss of his mother again, after only reuniting with her days earlier.
I thought it was rather unfortunate Neil's story coincided with Adam's as it wasn't given the attention it deserved.
For example, Kristoff St. John gave a simply agonizing performance when when his mother died. Sitting at her bedside after they had just had a very beautiful conversation, she peacefully drifted off after learning all about her extended family. She wasn't alone. The way St. John broke down...

Wow. What a week!
Yes, the team went all out for the 11,000th episode, but there weren't as many shocking stories as I would have expected.
Instead, the focus became fairly singular once it got going, and it all pointed to the disappearance of Adam Newman. Again.
If they were going to have a week full of memories to make Chadam even more of a super couple than ever before, this one did it. There is so much to talk about in their regard.
What I'm wondering, though, is whether we've come to the end of the road for Justin Hartley as Adam or if he'll still be game for playing the character in shorter spurts as Adam gets less air time with more significant meaning to those scenes he's in.
It shouldn't come as a shock that Mr. Teeter Totter himself, Victor Newman, was the man behind Adam's prison...

Wow!
We're counting down the crazy until The Young and the Restless' 11,000th episode, and nobody is being left behind!
Not only are we being treated to sweet memories from the cast at the beginning of each episode, but the action is pretty much non-stop. We're getting even more new sets, seeing more familiar faces, and we're being promised more big stories to come. Let's dig in!
Did they break the mold when hiring Justin Hartley to play Adam Newman? I'm starting to wonder. The current Adam storyline has a feel of finality about it. Not as in death, but as in he's going away, and we'll not be seeing him for a while. At least not until Hartley is available again to play him.

Michael Muhney, who stars on daytime soap opera The Young & the Restless as the popular Adam Newman, was fired last month following allegations that he’d sexually harassed actress Hunter King.
'Y&R's Michael Muhney Fired
King, 20, who plays Summer on the soap opera, reported to executives that Muhney had groped her chest on multiple occasions. The alleged sexual advances were not wanted or solicited, according to King, reported TMZ. King's accusations against the actor were apparently not the first, as Muhney had reportedly been the subject of complaints many times in the past.

While some doubt the veracity of King’s charges against Muhney, former Young & the Restless showrunner Maria Arena Bell believes that Muhney should have been let go sooner for his behavior.

Henry Rollins doesn’t care that much about what a bigot on Duck Dynasty said. He wasn’t going to watch it anyway. But he does say that while he accepts the outcome, that doesn’t mean the argument is over. “On the flip side of things, one of you supremely talented graphic artists should start a comic book series starring the Duck dudes as homosexual bears. Talk about crossover potential. The thing writes itself. At the next major gay pride event, there should be hard-bodied men in camo hot pants, ridiculous beards pasted to their chins, blowing through duck calls. It’s a sad time for the soap opera community, who have so recently lost a member of The Young and the Restless. Michael Muhney announced on Tuesday that he was let go from the long-running soap, a firing that is raising many eyebrows in question. Why fire Muhney when he’s one half of a very popular couple? Was it something he did? Did he rub someone the wrong way and, as a result, has now lost his job? I hope not, because if that were the case then there is a completely vindictive person working on this series and they should be stopped before they ruin any more lives. And let’s be clear that that is a very real possibility, even for actors.
Muhney, who has played Adam Newman on Young and the Restless for almost six years, announced his departure via Twitter, saying: “It breaks my heart to say this,...

Michael Muhney's time on "The Young and the Restless" will soon be coming to an end. The soap opera actor took to Twitter to reveal he was fired from the job.
"I'm so sorry. It breaks my heart to say this, but I was just let go from Y&R. My last day on set is this Thursday," he tweets.
Muhney has been working on "The Young and the Restless" since 2009 as Adam Newman. It's his longest-running TV appearance, though he also played Sheriff Don Lamb on "Veronica Mars." Though Don was killed off on that show, his brother -- played by Jerry O'Connell -- will be in the upcoming "Veronica Mars" movie.
For now, Muhney says he is going to spend his time between jobs focusing on his family. "My last air date will be Jan 30th. I'm going to take some private time with my wife & kids,...
