Jack Ryan is probably one of those few shows that could have gone on for an infinite amount of time (and number of seasons) and maintained an audience. With their different mission (sometimes plural) per season style and the star power of John Krasinski, the action-thriller with a heavy political background has always been a top draw for Prime Video, and its latest season is no exception. Now that the producers have decided to draw the curtains on it, they are going all out to end things with a bang.
Season 4 of Jack Ryan has as many as five major characters and story arcs, all coexisting parallelly, and we can bet that everything will come together as we head to the big finale. The clock is already ticking with the opening scene of this season, which happens to feature our favorite hero being hanged and tortured in Myanmar. We know...

Exclusive: Keshet International has boarded Channel 5’s documentary on Sarah Everard’s killer Wayne Couzens.
Wayne Couzens: Killer in Plain Sight joins the Israeli powerhouse’s catalog alongside ITV show Ellie Simmonds: My Secret Family.
Produced by an all-female team at Flicker Productions, the former, a 90-minute feature, explores the failings of the investigation into the serving Met Police Officer who used his position to rape and murder Everard in 2021. Using Couzens as a thread, the documentary examines the wider story of sexual violence in the police force, where sexual predators and domestic abusers were hidden in plain sight, to ask if women’s faith in policing can be restored while representing voices of survivors of police sexual violence.
The doc, which aired last month to 750,000 viewers on the Paramount network, came two years after the murder that sparked nationwide protests and vigils in support of women’s rights.

Every world gets the Spider-Man it deserves. And here on Earth-1610, our webslinger is one Miles Morales: a half-Black, half-Puerto Rican teen who loves graffiti, Air Jordans, and quantum physics. Like most Spider-Folk, he was bit by a radioactive arachnid, developed the ability to crawl up walls and sense oncoming danger, ginned himself up some shooters and a suit, and learned that with great power came great responsibility. He also managed to save the many multiverses from collapsing in on each other, after a handful of other interdimensional Spideys — Spider-Gwen,...

Step out of your 6000 Sux, stop watching Tj Lazer re-runs, put down that flier from the Home Heart Centre, box up your game of Nukem. That’s right folks, we’re time-traveling to the not too distant future of 2043 Detroit in this episode of Revisited where Paul Verhoeven set his seminal, all time classic sci-fi action epic Robocop. The Dutch director showcases all of his trademark filmmaking skills and a penchant for graphic violence in the movie and it remains an often copied, but never bettered, example of visceral sci-fi filmmaking. Just think of entertainment empires that are now synonymous with the era in which they first emerged and have gained longevity in various forms – for example; Star Wars, Marvel, The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter and it’s hard to imagine a mid-budget movie such as Robocop having the same cultural appeal or influence. However, just like its hero,...

David DePape, accused of attacking House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband Paul Pelosi at their San Francisco home in October, told police that he also planned to target a list of other public figures, including actor Tom Hanks, Hunter Biden and California Governor Gavin Newsom.
The revelation came at a preliminary hearing for DePape on Thursday. According to the Associated Press, Lt. Carla Hurley testified that in interviewing DePape for an hour after he was apprehended at the Pelosis’ home, he told of other people he wanted to pursue. According to court records, DePape told authorities that in his break in of the Pelosi home on Oct 28, he was searching for the House Speaker. But she was in Washington at the time.
DePape has pleaded not guilty to a series of federal and state charges, including attempted kidnapping of a federal officer or employee and assault of an immediate family member of a federal official.

The Jan. 6 committee released footage on Thursday of Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) fleeing from violent protesters during the Jan. 6 riot inside the Capitol. Hawley, one of the Republican senators who led the effort to vote against certifying the election results, famously raised a fist in solidarity with the mob as it stormed the building.

“The Daily Show” host Trevor Noah has weighed in on a bill passed by the House that codifies interracial and gay marriage, saying in Wednesday’s show that Congress should go a step further and make interracial marriage mandatory because “all the babies would be super cute.”
Noah, who is interracial, set up the joke as he often does by making himself look and sound funny – and perhaps even super cute.
“The House has officially passed a bill,” Noah said of Tuesday’s move, “legalizing gay and interracial marriage. Which is a great victory for 1995. Because let’s be honest: It’s really strange to be diving back into this debate that we thought was resolved in 2015, right?

The hosts of “Morning Joe” were disgusted Thursday morning after a Capitol police officer who was injured during the Jan. 6 insurrection revealed that most of the Republican lawmakers he protected that day avoid interacting with him.
During his appearance on the show, Aquilino Gonell recounted his experience from the historic day, telling the hosts he spent “almost five hours” fighting rioters as they stormed the Capitol. He added that it’s still hard to process what happened despite a good recovery process – particularly when all but two Republicans ignore him now.
“You have a lot of the people we protected on that day downplaying what happened. Sometimes I run into them in the hallway, and they pretend not to see me,” Gonell said. “They avoid me or bolt to the right or to the left or pretend to be doing something else.”

Former Capitol Police Officer Harry Dunn is setting the record straight: He does not accept convicted rioter Stephen Ayres’ apology, despite what a viral social media post may imply.
Following Tuesday’s Jan. 6 House committee hearing, Ayres – who testified that then President Donald Trump was “riling up” his supporters to march on the Capitol – approached Dunn and fellow Capitol officers Michael Fanone and Aquilino Gonell to offer his apologies. The moment was captured and circulated online, with one Twitter user captioning the image “An apology given and accepted.”
However, that does not appear to be the case.
Just 27 minutes after the above was posted to Twitter, Dunn quote tweeted the note with his own correction, implying that the apology was given, but he did not accept it.
