Unfortunately, we're back to let you know that you guys will indeed get hit with another flurry of Tonight Show repeat episodes all this week, July 31-August 4, 2023. Yep, the WGA writers strike is still going on with no end in sight. So, NBC is forced to air more repeats of any shows that require a script to be written for it. As we previously reported, the actors joined the writers in the strike back on July 13, 2023 due to similar issues with the studios. So, this strike could definitely last a really long time. Steve Buscemi has joined the cast of the untitled Judd Apatow film, as well as Kevin Corrigan, Domenick Lombardozzi and comedian Mike Vecchione. They all join the previously cast Pete Davidson, Maude Apatow (This is 40), and Marisa Tomei.
The story is being kept quiet, but shooting is set to begin this summer in New York, and the film is scheduled to be released on June 19, 2020. We will let you know when we know more. But based on the cast alone, I’m definitely in!
