General Zod is coming back to Smallville. Well, sort of. In Episode 10.19, “Dominion,” we’ll see the return of Callum Blue to the role of Zod. This will be Justin Hartley’s first time sitting in the Director’s seat, a major honor to have in the final three episodes of Smallville.
Is anyone excited to see Zod? Personally, I thought Zod actually helped Season 9 bring us back to the glory days of Smallville, while also pushing Smallville into a much darker direction. Without the Luthors (the real ones), Zod was actually able to hold my attention, whereas Doomsday was an utter waste of time.
