Bill Murray to Receive Rome Film Fest Lifetime Achievement Award
Bill Murray is set to receive the 2019 Rome Film Fest's lifetime achievement award. Wes Anderson will present the Academy Award-nominated actor and comedian with the honor, as well as host a "Close Encounter" festival discussion with Murray.

Murray has appeared in every Anderson film since the director's sophomore feature Rushmore (1998), creating memorable roles in The Royal Tenenbaums (2001), The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou (2004), The Darjeeling Limited (2007), Fantastic Mr. Fox (2009), Moonrise Kingdom (2012), The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014) and Isle of Dogs (2018).
