Los Angeles-based Epic Pictures has struck a couple of pre-sales at Efm on its action thriller Avarice with 2014 Bifa best director winner John V. Soto.
Rights have gone in South Korea to Challan, and in Cis to Paradise/Mgn. Epic expects to announce further deals shortly.

Production on Avarice is scheduled to start in April in Australia.
