Emily in Paris (2020) certainly holds up to its premise, there's not a single moment that would make you think Emily is in Karachi. All French and Parisian clichés are there, except maybe frog-eating, hand-kissing, and baguette-carrying (around the arm, bien sur) and the show has become in France a sort of guilty pleasure where anyone can play a spot-the-cliché game.
