The Bowery Boys are at it again, playing professional ghost exterminators. Mahoney and his crew of crazy clowns invade an allegedly haunted house; it's actually infested by mad doctor David Dumbrille and other villains who are just as knuckle-headed as the heroes. There are plenty of spook and skeleton gags and funniest of all, Dumbrille wants to swap Sach's brain with that of a gorilla. More unfair exploitation of animalsthe gorilla would definitely be getting the worst of the deal. This is one of the better entries in a generally annoying series. As I watched the spook busters at work I got the distinct feeling that Ivan Reitman must have seen this a few times in his younger days.
