We videotaped this movie off a local UHF channel. A mad scientist creates a formula that changes him into a green lizard-like creature. He also carries around a spray bottle which when employed can turn people into catfish. Bad 70's clothing but nice string bikinis. Filmed in someone's backyard with limited equipment. Painful to sit through, and I would never do it again.
