John Hughes sure knows the 80's.
This has got to be the funniest high school movie I've seen in a while. It sure mocks th 80's well, from forgetting birthdays due to a family's over-excitement about a wedding to a payment of a buck to see a pair of girl's panties in the boy's bathroom.
Although living up to the greatness of The Breakfast Club, it comes pretty gosh darned close along with the third great 80's teen flick, Pretty in Pink.
