Not as good as the past two movies, but still above average and worth watching. I think the problems mainly lied in the editing and pacing, which were both especially sloppy (except for the neat zipper-to-zipper transition). One of the reasons the editing was sloppy was because a good deal of frames had to be taken out to please the MPAA and receive the R-rating. Damn MPAA! Those slimy punks. But the character of Angela was a lot less upbeat, though still a big smart-aleck. It makes sense, being that she lost her job as camp counselor and has less power over the other campers and new counselors, but I still enjoyed the maniacally happy Angela better. Then again, it was a novel idea having her disguise as one of the campers to go back on her killing spree. The acting is pretty good, and that I believe is the biggest asset the third installment has over the others in the series. The death scenes are creative, the film reaches its quota of blood and naked breasts. Yet it didn't leave much of a lasting impact on me. I still liked it and recommend it to horror fans everywhere, but I feel it's the most forgettable of the series. Of course, the girl on the DVD cover with the cleavage popping out (who's probably not even a character in the movie and pretty much serves no purpose) will probably lure many men like me into renting or buying the film.
