The first time I saw this movie, back when it was first released in theaters, I was only past a diapered dwarf, and couldn't understand much of it. I saw it again not too long ago, and all I can say is WOW. Don Bluth at his VERY, VERY best. The story is original and heart-warming. The animation is the dim, yet "playful" style that represents 80's cartoons. I'd say that the only flaws in this movie are some of the voices... ugh (those childish, broken records, dolly voices found in most Don Bluth movies) and that this film has far too many "time filler"'s. Other than that, all is marvelous!
