GoldenEye (1995)
Truly A Memorable Bond Film
13 December 2000
GoldenEye is a hit on my Bond list. The best in the Brosnan era, GoldenEye contains great action, great characters, theme song and a whole lot more. I give it an A-.

GoldenEye had great action sequences. I loved the opening. The bungee jump and the motorcycle jump into the cockpit of the plane was cool. The theme song had wonderful mucical icons, Tina Turner, The Edge and Bono. Tina sung the theme with such power and beauty. The Edge and

Bono wrote a truly beautiful song.

The characters were the highlight of the film for me. Pierce Brosnan made a very impressive debut as James Bond. Brosnan plays Bond with charm, style, wit and humor. The four main qualities that Bond should have. Sean Bean is a great villian. It's great to see a villian that Bond truly respected and cared for in the past that turned into his worst enemy. Famke Janssen makes it into my Bond girl hall of fame with her wild and enjoyable preformence as Xenia Onnatop. What she

does with those thighs during sex should make her the poster girl for the thighmaster. For the first time I am able to find a henchmen

that I truly enjoyed.

Goldeneye is my ideal Bond film. It's truly a memorable Bond film.
