Excellent offbeat black humoured tale.
15 September 2000
In the vein of the current British film trend for hard hitting realism with plenty of black humour thrown in this is up there alongside "Lock Stock..." and its like. Involving the Russian mafia puts a new twist on the gangland theme and Rhys Ifans gives a thoroughly convincing performance as the unwitting hero of the tale. The supporting cast are all familiar faces to everyone who is up to date with the current stable of cool, competent talent gracing the screens of British TV and particular mention must be made of TV presenter Danni Behr's top supporting role. A must see without any doubt.
