Reese Witherspoon, Sally Field, Bob Newhart, Luke Wilson, Jennifer Coolidge, Regina King, Jessica Cauffiel, Alanna Ubach, Stanley Anderson. The ditzy blonde from LEGALLY BLONDE returns, this time going to Washington D.C. after being fired from her law firm to protest makeup testing on animals. She immediately comes at odds with many politicians, as well as her own co-workers. A few great laughs here and there, but most of the humor falls flat after a while and some of the funny supporting cast (Coolidge especially) are kept offscreen. RATING: 6 out of 10. Rated PG-13 for sexual innuendoes.
