Let the nay sayers nay, let the critics complain, but The Postman is a wonderful and remarkable movie. It was touching and poignant, it was a great story of hope and determintation. Postman has a great blend of courage, drama, action, and suspense, all with a powerful, character driven storyline. Kevin Costner is a very underrated director, and this movie was unfairly lambasted and minimized. Its well more than just a guy who pretends to be a Postman, its about hope, and faith, it made me almost cry a few times, and I'm a very macho man, (so shhh!). I strongly encourage everyone to watch this movie, and you I guarantee you will feel for the characters, by moved its story, and be entranced in the Postman experience.
