Review of Twisted Fear

Sad to See the Last of Claude Akins
17 September 2005
A medical student with a jealous boyfriend has an affair with an older millionaire who thinks she looks like his dead wife. The jealous boyfriend hires a private detective (Akins) to rake the muck. At one point it seems as though this poor young lady is in an emotional sandwich between two nut jobs, and the writers keep you guessing all the time, first one lover becomes the villain, then the other.

There is a twist at the end, which I didn't see coming.

It was sad to see a bloated Claude Akins, who was dying at the time. But he could still act! This is not a GREAT film, but it is watchable. But once only.
