This series is a significant part of my awakening to Australian adult drama.. At the time it went to air I was only 14 and absolutely loved the series.
However, that was a long time ago and I haven't seen it since... It seems remarkable (at least to my knowledge) that this show how not been repeated.
It was one episode per year in the family from the mid 50s until the late 70s.
Maybe, if I were to see it now the production standards would not hold up.. But still... I significant piece of my cultural memory of Australian television of the late 1970s.
