Wonder Woman (1975–1979)
The One and Only
10 October 2005
I have, at the time of this comment, two out of three seasons of WONDER WOMAN. I wasn't bale to see the show on its original run(since I was born at the same time it came on the air), but I had the opportunity to see it in both syndication and on the cable channel F/X(when it was at least worth watching then), so I had the opportunity to be drawn to one of the most beautiful and marvelously talented women to ever grace the small screen.

Many people say that it was campy(which was the point in the first season) and many people thought it should have stayed in the WWII setting;I ,however, think it was perfect. I have heard that there is going to be a movie produced in about two years of WONDER WOMAN. Though it is a good idea, I think it is going to be very difficult to succeed such an icon of comic art.....not to mention a very gorgeous woman, even now.

I hope that if they do make this movie and find a suitable successor to Mrs. Carter, that they have at least the good since to have Lynda as the queen of Themscyria(Paradise Island) and Diana's mother. That would be the best passing of the torch to have the original Wonder Woman and the new one in the same movie.

Well, that's all I have to say about this, I hope that those who read this have the opportunity to see this show. They'll love it....and be in good company.
