I was wondering about what and how to teach my children about safety concerning strangers and other people that they are beginning to come into contact with. I found this video and was sold by the endorsement of John Walsh of "America's Most Wanted" and Julie Aigner-Clark of "Baby Einstein". This video is extremely comprehensive. It covers the dangers of strangers..but also those termed as "Kinda' knows", people that you know, but should not trust without the express consent of your "Safe side adults", those adults that you can trust without reservation, like parents.
This video is comprehensive, but extremely fun to watch. The idea is for kids to watch it multiple times so that the principles of staying on the "Safe side" will become second nature.
