Maybe the best documentary of the last twenty years.

Teachers ,you've got to buy a copy for your school.I really mean it.It's invaluable teaching aids! "The Odyssey of life" -what a beautiful title!- is Julia's story .But it's also my story, yours ,the story of every man.

From the conception to the birth,we follow ,thanks to stunning computer-generated images ,the odyssey of life. From the very beginning, when the two cells meet.We share the young couple's joys, fears and their faces , in the last pictures, are so radiant with joy it will probably reminds you of your own first child's birth.I 've almost cried.

The music is tasteful.Jacques Perrin's voice is perfect.Nils Tavernier's (Bertrand's son :like father, like son!)beautiful work deserves to become a standard reference documentary.

Welcome to the world,little Julia.
