I believe much ill words have been spoken of this film but it is not that bad. Jamie Gillis is a believable actor with a unique, low-key style. He is cast well in this I think as the gum shoe investigating zombie crimes. It picks up the debate about zombies well too; do they exist or not? And also addresses key questions about modern (well, 1980's) views of the American role in World War II.
The zombie scenes are shot quite well considering the budget and Dr Clarence Trout (no relation!) is the perfect villain.
I'm not sure if I understood the story line about the foam however? What does Jamie learn from pretending to be a zombie and who discovered the power of foam? A good watch nonetheless. Has Jamie Gillis been in any other good films?
