Review of Flight 29 Down

I have enjoyed 'Flight 29 Down' very much. I have made sure to see it every week. The March 18 episode changed my mind. It isn't just a good show. Johnny Pacar is a great actor! He gave me goosebumps standing there in the rain so conflicted, pouring out his personal troubles to Melissa and what had happened with his old "friends"; Jackson's past life colliding with this new group of friends and this new life, just trying to survive. And then the realization that they really do want and need him. Wow! Now I'm really hooked! I can't wait for the rerun (really!) so I can see that episode again (of course that was the one I didn't tape!) I sure hope this show keeps going! As for what 29 Down compares with, I think the best comparison is with the book "Hatchet" written by Gary Paulsen. If you like 29 Down, you should read "Hatchet."
