I cannot believe that they penetratted the molecular bonded shell with a spray truck. A fake Devin is created using Lazers from 1985 that make another dude look and sound like Devin. It's totally Devin. He plays himself twice as evil Devin and desperately kidnapped, not hungry, Devin. Michael's honeytrap looks like she should be Tori Spelling's mom. Kitt gets rebuilt after Ramrod gets past the special shell. This episode tackles terrorism way before terrorism became cool. The isotope gets jacked, but as always, another episode must go on and the isotope gets back to the foundation. Oh yeah, the foundation puts Michael on suspension.
