I thought Guiseppe created a strange and even beautiful film. This is only the third Guiseppe-made movie I have seen but the best one of the three. For some reason it works though many people may be put off by it. I am not ashamed to state that it brought back memories of my former home-life. You can tell that the director really cares about these people as opposed to just making fun of them.
It also doesn't hurt that Guiseppe looked gorgeous and sexy. He has a lot of appeal. He shines in his mainstream movies but you can tell his real element is writing and directing. I hope he continues in making and producing movies. He is a unique talent and stands out from the standard Hollywood-cookie-cutter actors.
