I became a fan of Flip This House because of the Trademark Properties crew. Their personalities are so lovable and real. They are the real deal - they are witty, intelligent, charming people. When the network decided to change the cast to the Texas team, it was the end of Flip This House. Richard created this show - it was his idea for pity sake!! I think A & E made a huge mistake taking away Trademark Properties from the show and replacing them with the tacky new people. They aren't in touch with what the viewers really like.
