I saw this movie earlier today. I have to say that I loved it. I think it was beautifully done. The costumes were beautiful. The actors well chosen and the scenery was sensational. The movie had me sitting on the edge of my seat. It was very suspenseful. It didn't hurt that Omar Sharif, Peter O'Toole, John Noble and John Rhys-Davies were in the movie. Some of my favorite actors. The chemistry between Tiffani Dupont (Esther) and Luke Goss (King Xerxes) was so believable. It was hard not to fall for Luke Goss. He was superb as King Xerxes. James Callis was very easy to dislike as Hamen. He was amazing at playing the villain. This movie was very clean and one most families could watch together which is very rare in this day and age. I highly recommend this movie whether you are a Christian or not. I think all Christians should show their support for movies like this one. It was awesome to see one of my favorite chapters of the Bible come to life on the big screen.
