Aside from the inaccurate facts which tend to have some native Alaskans up in arms - can we please remember this is a show. fictional show. not reality show. a show for entertainment value only - not educational value. Now that being said, Ann Heche is funny, witty, and adorable as Marin Frist, Relationship Coach. In fact, the whole ensemble of Men in Trees is perfect. The chemistry between Ann and James Tupper is amazing. Derek Richardson, who plays Patrick Bachelor, is phenomenally funny. His comedic timing is amazing. I hope this show is given a chance to develop it's voice and it's audience. If given the opportunity, it stands a chance of giving us humor as well as a genuine love story - something missing from TV for a long while.
