I am an obsessive LOST fan, and I usually love every episode. But I found this episode to be the best yet. The acting was phenomenal, especially by Evangeline Lilly. It's just amazing how far she has come. She seriously deserves an award for her performance in 'I Do'. And the looks on her face that she gave Sawyer when she entered his cage. I applaud her for that.

Flashbacks:
'I Do' was a Kate centric episode based on her relationship with Kevin, a police officer. They loved each other, but Kevin believed Kate's real name was Monica, and didn't know about her shady past. They do get married, and Kate doesn't want to run anymore. She tries to settle down with Kevin, but after a pregnancy scare, she decides that her lie has gone too far. She tells Kevin the truth, and drugs him before running away.
Island:
Ben needs a life-saving operation from Jack, or he will die. Jack is stubborn, and refuses to do it. Juliet sends Kate to Jack to try to convince him to do the operation, or else Sawyer will be killed by Pickett/Danny. When Jack says that he won't do it, Kate fears for Sawyer's life, and her and Sawyer end up sleeping together. Pickett comes back for Sawyer and just when he's about to execute him, Jack is operation on Ben. He makes a small incision that if not fixed in the next hour, Ben will die. Jack's voice on Pickett's walkie-talkie interrupts the execution, and he demands to talk to Kate. He demands the she and Sawyer run. They have about an hour head-start before 'The Others' go after them. Kate refuses to leave, and Jack yells to her through the walkie-talkie "KATE DAMNIT, RUN!!"

If you've never watched LOST, you don't know what you're missing. This episode had everything. And the cliff-hanger ending. I almost died. The only thing that disappoints me is that we have to wait until February until a new episode comes out. And the time change. LOST now starts at 10, and goes until 11.
