I think they were surprised to see real life American day-to-day. I hope the people in the middle east who see this can gain a better perspective on life here and who Americans really are. The idea is great and I would love to take part in a reverse situation. I would bet they were a little worried to come someplace where they probably thought they would be hated and strung up in the street. I know I would be a little worried to go over there as an American but the chances you take can mean everything. I'm sure these people will leave the same impact on us as they will on their own people and as their words spread hopefully the perspective of Americans will change for the better among the middle east. I would be just as curious to see if Americans where treated as kindly for the most part over there.
