i think this movie is a brilliant rival for good fellas and definnutly deserves to win a best picture Oscar. it wasn't until i watched it a second time that i really saw what a great movie it really was. i thought it was a great for Scorsese to go into irish gangs in America (being irish myself lol), because i think the Italian mob has really been done in his movies and lots of others. The whole cast was absolutely great in this movie. but i think Dicaprio was the best performance and i think he really should have got an Oscar nom for this and jack Nicholson because he is just great in almost everything thing he appears in. don't listen to any of the negative reviews, deffinutly watch this movie
