very emotional yet not a slow movie, reviving Tel Aviv of the 60s and sheds light on some dark corners of human nature
23 September 2007
Although it is a documentary, it has fast tempo and the story is very emotional. It revives the euphoria of Tel Aviv in the 60s and introduces the roots of the Tel Avivi spirit to the ones who weren't around when it emerged.

You could say it misses some "juice" but nowadays when juice is spilled over every reality show, it is worth appreciating this director, that without getting his hands dirty in gossip and conflicts, he manages to teach us something about human nature within show biz and leaves the judgments up to us.

I felt bad for what Godik had to go through and i felt it was the essence of every big dreamer's story. sometimes you have to dramatically die to be really appreciated.
