Not as bad as some exclaim. I don't believe Director Josh Olson meant for this film to be humorous, but let's get real. Actually I thought INFESTED was a hoot. Five old friends meet again at the funeral of one their friends, who suffered an untimely death. The "yuppies" decide to spend the weekend at a vacation getaway from their childhood days. The old memories start flowing; the old songs, the old dances, the old romantic feelings...but then something very odd starts happening. This gathering doesn't realize they are in the breeding grounds of mutant flies that crave human flesh. One by one, these old friends fall victim being engorged by the flies. Its a free-for-all slash and bash fest. The violence is graphic and the only thing you'll remember about this flick. Stars: Zach Galligan, Lisa Ann Hadley, Jack Mulcahy and Amy Jo Johnson, who might just play the only character you would care for.
