The show has a very interesting premise and I think it has a lot of potential, but the design is just a little (a lot) off, and not very San Francisco at all... the review below this one got it right. When they show the BART it looks nothing like it (and I was only in San Francisco for a month and noticed that!) and I'm about 90% sure the BART trains have a good number of cameras in each car, so the whole premise was ridiculous.
It could go so far, though. The acting could be better, true, but for a crime show with that much going on I think it just needs to be more finely tuned and a little less cheesy.
