Flawless fun from the very first scene to the last. Every time Grams is around, the dialog is bound to get livelier, and this time is no exception... especially since there are so many Grams to go around. The present-day plot mainly focuses on The Creature That Has No Name, an ugly green goo that feeds off magic... which poses a real problem at the manor, what with the baby orbing things constantly and the basement harbouring a very big Nexus. And to crown it all, Leo and Chris are the only ones left to protect the place, along with a particularly bossy Grams (did you see Chris jump back after standing up to her ?) ; but they soon discover that bossy is not the worst thing Grams could be. Still, they don't really get much done, but the episode delicately shows that they're unwillingly forming a bond.

And the sisters are off to rewrite their own past again -although by now, they should really know better than to try on Grams' old clothes (remember Phoebe's engagement ring ?). Anyway, the contrast between the Year of Love and the present offers some hilarious glances into everybody's past (yay Leo the Sunlord !) or forebears (yay Luther Morris !). And the best thing ? through it all, demons, fireballs and all, Piper remains absolutely unflappable : apparently, living on her own agrees with her temper.
