Just plain awful. This was the worst episode of Family Guy ever aired, and I have seen them all many times. The repetition of the the "Bird is the Word" song and gag screams make it clear that the effort put into writing has hit an all time low. Essentially, they took seven or eight minutes of material stretched it out to the full length episode. I am all for taking several minutes to introduce an unrelated main plot, but this stretched on far too long and when the plot (Peter meets Jesus at a record store?) was finally introduced, it was a huge let down.
