Oh deary me..... oh like so many brainless productions that the Beeb have produced recently (eg Robin Hood, Merlin, George Gently, Lark Rise to Candleford) this is more of the same, acting average to poor (they seem to have dredged up any old soap actor), plot well based on a piece made into a series by Terry (Blakes Seven) Nation it could have been good, you know almost great but no, going on the first part it really is fodder for watching whilst eating a microwave meal with your brain switched off!
