The title (Carmen naked) is misleading - she exposes her breasts (and not much more) in maybe 20% of her screen time - plausibly in the various love-making scenes, less plausible in some outside takes. And I had the impression that from about the middle of this film, it occurred only spuriously. No, the classification I'd assign is mostly adventure/drama, a literature adaptation of Prosper Mérimée's short story (1845), with music from Bizet's opera, and Spanish folk songs. As such it seems to do a decent job, given I haven't read the original story, just summaries in Wikipedia.
You get to see Spanish coastal scenery, coach robbings, a bullfight, and a tragic ending in the arena, more than the occasional boobies hanging out. If you can stand those, I can even recommend this as a decent presentation of a classic story... :^)
