Rita Rudner's humor is an acquired taste. This talk show attempt was filmed in her adopted hometown of Las Vegas and it never made it off the ground because they always stuck her show in some late night time slot and never advertised it. I would have liked it to have been given a chance. Rita Rudner is a funny and smart woman. She doesn't have the vulgarity in her act in Las Vegas or Sin City. She does have a sense of dry, sarcastic humor but she is a personality that is likable. She loves to do stand-up and having a talk show in the age of too many all at once. I didn't get to see her act in Las Vegas but she sells out and she has entertained the President Barack Obama and thousands and maybe millions of others. I would like to see Rita get another shot but I don't think her heart was into it.
