Warning: Spoilers
When a a boy turns up dead inside a storage facility, he is identified as he had been reported missing by his grandmother a few weeks before. That incident brings the Cold Case team to investigate this murder. They find out another three bodies that have met the same fate. The new findings are also black boys that have been tortured. All present the same lacerations on the feet.

The detectives are puzzled by what they learn. One thing that turns up a tape where one of the victims mumbles something that identifies it as an electronic game, much in vogue in arcades where all the victims have excelled in playing. All the boys have been found in storage rooms whose numbers all add up to seventeen. This number has a hidden significance the investigators cannot relate to. The investigation comes to a head when a boy identifies someone that has beaten him up at the game, Theseus, a name that has appeared linked to all the dead boys.

A new boy that has disappeared brings the police and the Cold Case unit to investigate. The incident had just occurred, so everything points to the closed facility for boys that one of the counselors identified as being the place where someone named Malik was brutally assaulted because his actions led to a general punishment.

A good episode in this satisfying crime series. Kevin Bray, a regular director is in charge of bringing Erica Shelton's screenplay to life. The regulars do their best, as usual. Jamil Walker Smith, Janet Dubois, Aisha Hinds, and the rest of the cast do a good job in making their characters real.
