This show has been on for quite a while now, and I really felt the need to review this horrible program. Let's sum up the characters first:
Cory Baxter, a 15 year old obese kid with a constantly cracking voice who's trying way too hard to impress people. His acting is horrible and his jokes are awfully predictable. He's sexist, and thinks he's better than everybody else.
Meena, Cory's best female friend and the girl he's got mad feelings for in the beginning episodes. She has this RIDICULOUS accent that she's made up which she talks normally, but only rolls her "R" sounds. What the hell is that? To top it off, she's from a made-up country called "Bahavia".. that just puts the cherry on top!
Then there's "Newt".. Cory's best friend and possibly the dumbest kid alive. He seriously brings the title "dumb blonde" to a whole new level. It's like he's got some kind of mental illness he's so stupid, it's strange and it gets old even before he says anything. Even his facial expressions just make me want to throw something at him.
The final character I'm going to talk about is Cory's father, "Victor Baxter". His character probably is the second most annoying, next to Cory of course. He's constantly busting his gut laughing at EVERYTHING anybody says that might not even get a giggle out of anybody else. Also, whenever Cory pulls a "prank" or gets into trouble and the president finds out about it, EVERY SINGLE TIME he says the same thing.. "I'll go pack..". Honestly? HONESTLY. Just shut up.
Next I want to talk about the plots of this show. They're all the same. 1. Cory wants something. 2. Cory plans to do something about it. 3. Cory and his two retarded friends try and get it. 4. They get caught and Victor Baxter says "I'll go pack.." 5. The president forgives them. 6. Cory promises never to do it again and apologizes, apparently learning something?
Overall, this show is stupid. Do not waste your time. I want to scream every time I see this show is on. It deserves a NEGATIVE 10 instead of a 1. Horrible, horrible TV show. Disney, I'm disappointed.
