Dean and Bobby lure Sam and lock him up in the demon proof panic room. Sam misses the demon blood and has hallucinations and delusions. However, Castiel surprisingly helps Sam to escape and he meets with Ruby that has a clue that might lead to Lilith; meanwhile Dean hunts Sam.
