Silly humor, silly story, silly conversations, silly everything. The only good thing about this movie are the fighting scenes. If you are a fan of those, and a fan of silly humor, you might have fun spending... ehm, wasting your time on this movie.
This movie was a torture to me. Not even Jackie Chan was able to save this movie - and I really, really like that guy. Maybe some of the humor would have actually been funny without the awful English dubs. Those dubs really destroyed everything good that was left inside of the movie. I am never going to watch a dubbed Hong Kong movie again.
If you are a fan of modern vampire movies, like Blade and love martial arts, this might be the perfect movie for you. But try hard to look for the original version, because, not only are the dubs awful, there is also a half hour cut away from the original version. - And it really feels like some parts are missing.
I give it 2 points. Uncut, with the original language, I might have rated this a bit higher.
