A brilliant film that takes you through a ride through the city at night and itches at your emotions along the way. You have characters exploring the city they live in outside their comfort zone and at times you find yourself screaming at them turn around and return to their norm. Yet, just like them, you want to experience the darker side a city like D.F has to offer not thinking about whether you will go on to enjoy it or not. For me this was a gripping film to watch with the paths of different lives crossing through one night, with some hilarious comedic moments linking them at times. Some similarities with the film Human Traffic about a wild night out in a big city, but heavily laden with the social divide set out right from the start with the fly over's of the city. Having said that, this is not a film to get burden down with by the glaring social divide that lies within this city. There is much more to this film and plenty to enjoy. The film doesn't need to highlight the type of society we live in. With regards to the previous post, if you are after that, there are plenty of documentaries or news channels for you to go and watch. The non-existent 'bonds' you refer to are in fact bonds of some degree between characters. These are not 'bonds' that will change any lives, in fact you can be pretty sure that most will return to their daily routines and put it down to 'that' night. And Mexico City will prepare itself for another Friday night full of more stories. And just as Angel put it perfectly at the end… "now f**k off."

Brilliant film and one that prompted me to write my 1st ever review. Another example of what Mexico has to offer the Cinema.
