There are 2 different stories here as well. One with the blogger is absolutely ridiculous and is far from a joy to watch. In fact, it's very stupid.
The other story regarding the construction accident is terrific and is quite compelling.
A woman resorts to protesting by the area where her husband, a construction worker, fell to his death. She seems to be a friend of the guys' secretary, the one who talks and sounds like Bette Boop. Anyway, Nick agrees to take the case and the story is a good one as it eventually shows the corruption involved in the construction industry when payoffs are made between businesses and those who do the inspections. Another positive virtue is that money was never on the mind of the widow and Nick shows great compassion at the end when the suit is successful.
