I like the premise and the characters (generally), but there's too much silly. With a little more sophisticated treatment, this could have been much better. And much funnier.
It was hard to suspend disbelief. Character motivation didn't make sense much of the time and a lot of the action felt contrived and artificial. A lot of the dialog was trivial. Vaudevillian.
MJ was OK, but Mimi was way too sweet and femmy (so was Craig). I cringed a few times
The "ladylike" Mimi could have come out of hypnosis with a memory of people and aware of the time line and her surroundings. It would have worked better, I think.
I liked Tom Sizemore. This was a risky role for him and he did it well (except for the above caveats).
I liked Mimi Lesseos in both roles. If I were the Coen Brothers or Donald Petrie I would cast her for the part.
