Add to that each episode covers 2 different, completely unrelated, topics - all in 30 minutes - which should give you a good idea of the depth in which these topics are handled.
IMHO I'd rate it a zero, if I could, since it has no redeeming features whatsoever.
I think you'd be much better off watching the Indiana Jones movies - as they are as 'real' as this is and FAR more interesting.
