This is yet another short film narrated by Pete Smith. What makes it a bit interesting is that the film was directed, co-written and stars Dave O'Brien.
The film is a comedy short about aggravating people. First, you see a jerk in his car who parks like an idiot--knocking other cars out of his way. Then, you see a jerk landlord, a jerk who has hidden money from his wife, a guy shoveling sand and doing some cement work.
There are a few cute vignettes here and there (I liked seeing O'Brien going head-first into the cement). However, I must admit that I thought Smith's narration was a bit distracting and often unnecessary. However, these films were pretty popular and Pete made 184294 of them--so what do I know?
