Crime has struck a big eastern city, which had been amazingly clean of crime. The city is never named. After a machine gun assault in which a federal agent was killed, Elliot Ness and the Untouchables visit the city and see what they can do to end the violence before it gets out of hand.

The gang leader in the city is a guy by the name of "Lou Mungo." Things are going good for him but things all of a sudden turn bad. Not only are the feds in town but Chicago boss Frank Nitti decides he wants to take over, too! He hires a smooth-talking hotshot named "Sebastion" to convince Mungo to give things up. Mungo is not going to just surrender without a fight and the duels between the three parties mentioned above is very interesting.

Paul Richards as "Sebastion," was the most interesting character in the episode. Mike Kellin plays "Mungo." Richards and Kellin may be not be familiar names, but their faces are to anyone who watched TV 50 years ago. Both actors died fairly young: Richards at 50 and Kellin at 61.
