Double Identity is Double Trouble **1/2
20 April 2012
Warning: Spoilers
Totally confusing film where an American doctor is conveniently confused with someone mixed up in jewelry smuggling. Val Kilmer, as the doctor, certainly knows how to take care of himself, for someone supposedly not the person he is suspected of being. He thwarts two KGB-like assassins who have ordered him to dig his own grave. He survives a train leap.

The film reaches the point where you don't know who the good or bad guys really are. You don't know who to trust or not to trust.

In the midst of all this, he falls for a blond bombshell, an agent who is undercover pretending to work for the bad guys. She may help him out of jams, but she can't do much for this movie.
